Where We Ship Sawdust Studio Canada currently ships within Canada only. We do not ship to PO Box addresses — a physical street address is required at checkout.

Processing Time Each board is handcrafted to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship via Canada Post or comparable carrier.

Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Western Canada: 3–7 business days
• Central Canada: 5–10 business days
• Eastern Canada: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sawdust Studio Canada is not responsible for carrier delays.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sawduststudiocanada@gmail.com with photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Tracking Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 12 business days of your order, please contact us.
