Return & Refund Policy

All sales at Sawdust Studio Canada are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Workmanship Guarantee We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted products. If you receive an item with a defect in materials or craftsmanship, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

What Is Not Covered Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, exposure to excessive moisture or heat, marks from knives, lack of using board butter or normal wear over time. Please refer to our Board Care guide for proper maintenance instructions.

How to Reach Us If you believe your item has a workmanship defect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
